this apartment . Spacious, well illuminated …..perfect for an amazing
stay in Madrid ! Equipped with everything you need, you will feel like
home in the Gran Via Chueca Deluxe apartment .Its 75 m2 give you all the
comfort to spend relaxing days with family and friends. There
is one bedroom with a double bed and, in the living room, one of the
comfortable sofas there is a sofa bed . The living room
is very spacious and soberly decorated, with an original chimeny from
the XIX century and very illuminated with two lovely balconies with
views to the central but quiet street. The dinning room has a large
table with 6 colourful chairs which gives it a very modern style. Here
the guest can relax and enjoy some music or watching
the TV or a film by the DVSD in the apartment. Also you can
relax by contacting your family or friends by Internet, because
the apartment offers INTERNET WIRELESS CONNECTION.
The kitchen has all the appliances you might need . We
don’t need to say any more….the Gran Via Chueca Deluxe is the perfect
apartment for your holidays or for your business short stays in Madrid!

The area Surrounding the Apartment
Any description of
such a location would be scarce. Just a few meters away from Gran Via
Metro Station and about 5 minutes walking from the city´s “0
kilometer ” in the Puerta del Sol.
Absolute centre of the capital, the most historic but also modern, the
most tourist but at the same time the most crowded by locals.
A few minutes walk form this apartment is enough to reach
the most visited places in the city. Emblematic points such as the
Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real and Gran Vía –Madrid´s Broadway Street,
just one block away-. Worldwide known museums such as Reina Sofía,
Prado or Thyssen Bornemisza, and the main park : El Retiro .
Everything within walking distance! And of course this is an area
where you´ll find the best and most typical restaurants, bars and
