Fabulous 45 square meters, private one bedroom apartment located on a quiet street but right in the centre of Madrid, next to lively Gran Vía and Fuencarral and Hortaleza streets in Chueca quarter, where you will find some of the most interesting shops in Madrid.

The area is quiet but full of restaurants, tapas bars, theatres, shops, museums and cinemas and is well connected with the rest of the city with 5 different metro lines nearby. (lines 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10).

It’s a great base to visit Madrid either for business or for a short break since it is central and very well connected with the rest of the city. The area where the flat is located is very lively with lots of bars with open air tables, restaurants, theatres, shops, museums and cinemas. Fuencarral market, a bustling, dynamic place that well deserves a visit, is a short walk away.
