Apartments-Madrid and Homes for Travellers, was born when one of the partners, who was working as a Consultant in the Human Resources field, and realized that staying in an hotel, although this were a luxury hotel was not comfortable. She missed her home and was willing to come back home to, for example, to eat "normal" food. She started renting her own home and little by little started to rent her friends and relative houses. For a while she was sharing both jobs, but at last she left her profession and started to work full time in the Short Term Rental area.
So, Apartments-Madrid was born with the vocation of offering a home to the travellers, when they were away from home. We know the meaning of the word home, and we know that this is a very ambitious aim, but it is ours.
Our team is formed by professionals with very different work experiences and education backgrounds. But we all share the experience of being travellers, we all have lived in other countries, and all we know how is the feeling of staying away from home. And we all share the aim of offering to our clients a personalized and quality service.
We are not an online rental agency, at least we do not consider ourselves to be only that. We like to be the hosts of our guests, we want to offer our hospitality to whom choose to rent one of ours apartments, to make them feel that at their arrival there are somebody waiting for welcoming them, that our main interest is that they enjoy the best, that their stay will be unforgettable. We want to meet you and know your name and we are keen on looking after you when you are away from home. We want to tell you the things and places which the travel agencies do not show and to know your opinion and feelings about your journey.
For those reasons, you will feel in ours apartments like at home, not only because their equipment, but because you will find somebody keen on welcoming you and trying you to feel real experiences in your journey , not just as an spectator but also as a local. And then, you will be a traveller rather than a visitor.
