District: Centro, Malasaña-Chueca
Our apartments are located at central Madrid, in different districts which have different peculiarities and will suit you, whatever your needs and preferences.
Sol is the epicentre of Madrid, the Km 0, where all the Spanish roads go from. Chueca is the gay district, very fashionable and trendy, full of design shops and exotic restaurants. Malasaña or Marvellous District is well know because the famous Madrid cultural movement “Movida Madrileña” of the eighties, now plenty of restaurants and terraces on lovely squares, frequented by the Spaniards. Chamberi district is one of the most desirable areas at central Madrid, keeping together the traditions and the new tendencies. Huertas or Las Letras district, with the Plaza de Santa Ana on top and the Prado Museum at bottom is a well know area by tourists and locals. Latina district or Barrio de los Austrias is maybe the nicest and quickest area at central Madrid as a whole, with the Royal Palace and the Plaza Mayor and many other interesting places to visit. Salamanca district is one of the most elitist areas at central Madrid, with elegant shops and the Retiro Park among other fascinating places to discover. Chamartin-Plaza de Castilla is on the north end of Paseo de la Castellana Avenue, which is the main street at central Madrid, very convenient area for those who need to be close to the business area of Madrid. Arturo Soria, Ifema-Airport, are also very demanding areas for those business travellers, because their closeness to many business areas and Madrid Airport.
If you are coming in a group, or with your family, you can choose among our apartments with more than 2 bedrooms with capacity up to seven persons. Also, you can select two or more apartments which are in the same building and floor, with a capacity for up to a 12 persons. Please, ask us about this option, so you will be together with yours and t the same time, independent.
And for those who can not live without Internet, even when you are on holidays, we offer you the Internet Broadband connection in most of our apartments for free.
